Cerebral Palsy Sport Returns and Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event of Cerebral Palsy Sport having to cancel an event, we will try to reschedule it and automatically transfer your booking to the new date. If this date is not convenient we will refund your payment in full.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase from Cerebral Palsy Sport, you may return unused goods in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please confirm your intent to return your order by emailing email@example.com
The cost of returning your purchase where we have sent the wrong item in error or the goods are faulty will be refunded.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service with an established courier company. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods.
If you want to replace the goods, we advise you place another order as soon as possible. If you do not wish to place another order and would like a full refund we will do this as soon as the goods being returned have been received, in the same condition as they were dispatched.
