As official Charity Friends of the Superhero Series, the UK’s one and only disability sports series, we’re very excited to announce JMW as our official fundraising partner for the event.

A 12 strong team at JMW will be undertaking a 500K challenge from 17 July – 14 August 2021.

The money raised through this challenge will help more people with cerebral palsy return to play safely and confidently. We will create opportunities through our partnership work, which will provide more local support for people with cerebral palsy to take part in sport and physical activity and break down barriers to taking part.

JMW are specialist clinical negligence solicitors with particular expertise in cerebral palsy and are an organisation member of CP Sport.

Eddie Jones, head of clinical negligence at JMW, said the team were looking forward to the challenge and helping those living with cerebral palsy to reap the benefits of sport.

Eddie Jones said:

“Having worked on behalf of countless people who are living with cerebral palsy, we would like as many people with CP as possible to have the opportunity to take part in sport. CP Sport is a fantastic charity that enables people with varying degrees of the condition, and their families, to get more active in a safe environment and make new friends. That’s never been more important than now, and we are delighted to once again become At Home Superheroes and hope we can raise as much money as possible.

CP Sport COO Adi Fawcett said:

“We are very excited to have JMW support our At Home Superheroes again this year and look forward to supporting them on their challenge of completing 500k over the next month and seeing some great shots of everyone in action.  Teaming up with the Superhero Tri series is a great opportunity for us at CP Sport to talk about the importance for everyone with cp to return to play, to the sport they love, to being active and showcasing the incredible things people can do.”
