Cerebral Palsy Sport and When you wish upon a Star have teamed up to offer you the chance to take part in a version of the legendary TV programme - It's a Knock Out!

Whether you enter with a team of colleagues or a group of friends, It's Knockout will provide a truly memorable experience. Teams should consist of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people.

All the funds raised will be split equally between Cerebral Palsy Sport and When you wish upon a Star.
