Rushcliffe 10K, Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire
Sunday 4th March 2012
The 10k race is suitable for runners aged 15 and over and will be chip timed. The course involves two circuits of
the country park and is off-road (traffic free). There are mementos for everyone taking part and prizes for the winners in various categories.
A 2k fun run will also be held on the day and is open to all.

Farmyard Frolics, Melton Mowbray

The Farmyard Frolics is a 10km (approximately) off road running adventure through woodland,
farm tracks and across grassland held on the grounds of Brooksby Melton College's Spinney Campus.
Through the course there are various challenges and obstacles to overcome including
straw bale towers, horse jumps, tractor tyre piles and of course plenty of mud and lots of water.
CP Sport is the official charity for the event and we are looking for people to sign up

Brighton Marathon

Join over 18,000 runners at the 2012 Brighton Marathon, in a traffic-free route
that takes in the best of this energetic and beautiful town. In just two years, this vibrant and scenic
event has grown phenomenally, fast becoming the number one alterative to the London Marathon - Brighton's
not called "London by the Sea" for nothing. All general entries were snapped up within the first few hours
of going on sale, so joining a charity team is now the only way to get a place. CP Sport has guaranteed places
available for just £50 and asks for a minimum sponsorship of just £250, well below what most charities, large

Lincoln 10K, Buggy Push and schools races
Sunday 25th April 2012
Voted the UK's best 10K by the Daily Telegraph in 2010, the Lincoln 10K is not one to miss.
A fine race past the medieval sights of Lincoln that is admired by elite runners, yet is flat enough for beginners, too.
Feel the spirit as you fly past the 900-year-old cathedral, then sprint for a finishing line just the other side of the castle gates.
