- Completed Nomination Papers to be returned to CP Sport Office
by 22nd May 2011
The 2011 AGM has been scheduled to tie in with the Annual Swimming Gala which is
to be held at The Nottingham University Swimming Pool on 12th June 2011 commencing at 11.00 am.
As a break with tradition The Awards Celebration Dinner for CP Sport will not be held
on the same weekend as the Annual General Meeting. You will read in the Annual Review 2010/11 that 2011 is
our tenth anniversary year as an independent organisation. We will be celebrating this with an Anniversary Dinner
and Sports Festival and this is to be held on Saturday 19th November 2011. Sports activities will
take place at venues in and around Nottingham and the Celebrations will be held at The Village Hotel, Chilwell,
Nottingham in the evening. Book this date in your diaries, we will be showcasing the highlights of our journey
over the last ten years and introducing many of our new developments which are beginning to take place throughout 2011.
Full details of this event will be communicated on our website and to Members later in the year.
