2018 CPISRA World Games – Team CP England

Congratulations to Team CP England

Team CP England are back from the CPISRA 2018 World Games in Sant Cugat, Spain with a huge medal haul of 110 medals, including 44 golds, 36 silvers and 30 bronze medals, more than doubling their closest rivals Poland who finished with 51 medals.

The event was not only a huge success for the athletes in terms of the medals won, there was lifetime bests, season bests, and personal bests for almost all of the team. The Games also gave a large number of the team the opportunity to experience international competition for the first time. Overall it was a fantastic experience, Team CP England showed the rest of the world not only how good they were on the track, field or in the pool, but as a team of fantastic individuals.

Cerebral Palsy Sport would like to share a special thanks to the volunteers who support Team CP England throughout the games, without them it would not of been possible.
