Cerebral Palsy Sport is the country’s leading national disability sports charity supporting people with cerebral palsy to reach their sporting potential and putting people with cerebral palsy and their families at the heart of everything we do.
Our charity is working hard to develop new opportunities for children, young people and adults to play, participate and enjoy sport.
We are very fortunate to be supported by some great organisation and funders that share our vision that people with cerebral palsy can reach their sporting potential and we thank them for their support.
Sport England Start and Stay Active
Cerebral Palsy Sport have a proven track record at providing sport and physical activity opportunities for people with cerebral palsy and physical disabilities. Our three year project (2017-2020) builds on this providing an opportunity for disabled people to ‘Start’ their sporting journey and supporting them to continue to ‘Stay Active’ throughout their life.
The project, funded by Sport England, builds on the strong partnerships CP Sport has with National Governing Bodies, Active Partnerships (formerly County Sports Partnerships) and other national charities and third sector organisations to ensure there is a good offer of sport and activities that are fit for purpose for people with CP and physical disabilities.
