Donate as You Shop – Easyfundraising
Do you shop online? You can raise valuable funds for us as you click and shop!
Cerebral Palsy Sport is dependent on the valuable fund raising activities of its supporters, whether this is through a regular donation or by completing a sponsored event. While some people enjoy taking on physical challenges and are happy to put their energy into collecting sponsorship, this method of fundraising does not suit everyone.
How it works
There is another option called EasyFundraising. Many of us shop online and while you’re doing so, you can make a contribution to Cerebral Palsy Sport. Simply by registering at EasyFundraising.org.uk, you can access thousands of online retailers and they will make contributions to Cerebral Palsy Sport on your behalf – with no extra cost to you!
How to sign up
To register for EasyFundraising, simply visit www.easyfundraising.org.uk and click on Create an Account. When you have the option to Search for a Cause, type in “Cerebral Palsy Sport” – note that typing “CP Sport” will not add Cerebral Palsy Sport to the list of choices. You then need to provide your name and email address so you can be kept up to date on your contributions.
Or you can visit our charity cause page here and support us from there.
How you can raise funds for us
Now, each time you want to do any online shopping, simply got to https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/cpsport/ first and then select the retailer you wish to shop at. There are thousands of retailers registered including Amazon, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, John Lewis, Vodafone, Next, etc.
Use Easyfundraising to switch your car & home insurance, purchase a new TV package, take a new mobile contract, switch broadband provider or switch energy provider. Aviva will donate up to £30, Confused.com up to £12.50, More Than up to £22.50, Vodafone & EE up to £35, SKY up to £52.50, BT Broadband up to £52.50, British Gas up to £20, to name just a few.
Cerebral Palsy Sport could raise over £100 and you can get yourself a better deal at the same time!
How we receive the funds
Once you’ve completed your purchases, you will be sent an email telling you how much you’ve raised. Sometimes this might only be a few pence but, if you shop regularly, it is surprising how quickly the amounts can add up. You will be provided with a summary of how much you’ve raised to date as well as the total raised for Cerebral Palsy Sport.
