Delegates will have the opportunity to pick and choose from interactive sessions across 4 themes that will be running throughout the day. The 4 themes are:

Adapted Sports

This is an opportunity for delegates to learn about new learning resources that are being launched by Cerebral Palsy Sport. These resources support our adapted sports programmes and will be delivered by our National Sport Development Officers. The sessions that will be delivered will include RaceRunning, Table Cricket, Frame Football, Bowls and Swimming.

Delegates that attend the sessions will receive a certificate of attendance that they can put towards their Continuing Professional Development.

Effective Partnerships

These sessions will highlight how working together effectively can have a greater impact on inclusive sport participation opportunities.

New Opportunities

These sessions will provide a platform for some of sport’s National Governing Bodies (NGBs) to showcase their developments and the new opportunities that are out there for people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities to enjoy sport.

Therapy in Sport

These sessions will demonstrate how therapy and participating in sport and active recreation can work together to improve the health and well-being of people with physical disabilities.

Delegate rate: £80 + VAT

The conference wants to attract an audience that represents people with cerebral palsy or physical disabilities including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, 1-1 Support Workers, PE Teachers or leads, NGBs, CSPs, and members from 3rd sector organisations.
