CP Sport needs your vote

Cerebral Palsy (CP) Sport has made the shortlist for the Lloyds Community Fund 2013 which means we could receive a donation of £3,000 if we get enough votes from our supporters.

Help us to secure funding for athletics development opportunities for young people. You can vote online, by SMS text message and in Lloyds branches from 23 September to 1 November 2013.

To vote, enter your first name, last name and email address. The email address will only be used for administration of the Community Fund voting process.

Once a vote is cast, you will receive an email from the Lloyds Community Fund. You need to click on the link in the email to confirm your vote and have it counted.

SMS text message votes will be charged at the mobile phone users’ standard message rate and the phone number will only be used for administration of the Community Fund voting process. Only one vote per community group, per mobile phone number is allowed.

Vote in Lloyds branches (if you live in Nottingham) by placing a token into the voting stand in any the following branches:

Beeston; Bilborough; Bulwell; Nottingham Aspley; Hyson Green; Old Market Square; Parliament St; University; Wollaton Road

Visitors to branches should approach the enquiry desk, if the branch has one, or an available member of staff to ask for a voting token.
