Exactly four years on from the London 2012 Paralympic Games, Parallel London invites everybody to come together at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in a national celebration of diversity.

This great event takes place on Sunday 4 Sept 2016 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

People can take part in the 10km, 5km, 1km, 100m or the Super Sensory 1km event.

Everybody can unite on the start line for five very different challenges. All ages. All abilities. No cut-off times. No excuses!

The huge free festival will be a vibrant mix of inclusive family fun across technology, health and fitness, culture, children’s entertainment, food and drink and more. So whether you participate, volunteer or simply enjoy the free festival and cheer, join this national celebration of diversity in the build-up to the Rio Paralympics for an unforgettable day out.
