CP Sport are proud to announce our newest sporting ambassador Martin Sinclair.
Martin plays for England Cerebral Palsy Football Team, and was in the Great Britain squad for the Paralympics in London 2012. Martin and his brother Scott Sinclair made history by becoming the first brothers to represent any nation in the Olympic and Paralympic Games in the same year.
After representing his country and getting 50 England caps, Martin retired from the game in 2015 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the national football museum in 2016.
However Martin recently come out of retirement to play for England Cerebral Palsy again and with his next target set for selection for the European Championships.
Martins says “If I can come back from 18 operations on my hip and two hip replacements anything is possible.” #CPCan
Outside of playing for England Martin is the Saintsability Development Officer at the Saints Foundation focusing on inspiring the next generation and turning their potential into excellence.
