The young people and parents were thrilled with the event and are looking forward to more opportunities to play in the future.
Richard Seedhouse, Coundon FC Football coach, who organised the game said afterwards, ‘Wow this is fantastic, to see these young players playing for the first time in a frame only game.’
Andy Brittles, National Sports Development Manager at CP Sport, added ‘It was fantastic to see so many children with cerebral palsy playing a frame only game. Some of the skills the children displayed were unbelievable, and it was lovely to see them developing new friendships and having a great time.’
