Anyone for Golf?’

Cerebral Palsy Sport’s aim is to ensure that there is a wide range of sport and physical activity opportunities for people with CP or physical disabilities to take part in across the country. To ensure that this happened CP Sport works in partnership with a number of National Governing Bodies of sport.

Cerebral Palsy Sport and England Golf have been working closely to identify and promote golf opportunities for those with a physical disability. As a result of the close working relationship a number of opportunities have been identified as well as a ‘gap’ in provision, particularly for those with complex physical disability. Cerebral Palsy Sport and England Golf are now working together to develop a new adapted version of golf.

Jake Conroy is hemiplegic golfer. Not only has golf become his sport, he also uses his passion to teach others. Watch this video to find out why he loves the game of golf.
